Ashtanga Yoga is a powerful system which has the ability to enhance Body, Mind and Soul. At New Vibe Yoga we take a non-dogmatic approach to this eastern practice, offering ancient teachings in a modern context.

Our Yoga Classes are offered in two formats:
Mysore and Led


Mysore Classes

are Open to All Levels and Beginners - No Experience is Necessary.

Each student is taught individually to develop a yoga practice that is suitable to their needs and abilities based on the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa System. This approach to teaching is commonly known as Mysore Style: students work one-on-one with a teacher, receiving personalized attention while enjoying the energy of practicing in a group setting. Ultimately, students become self-sufficient in guiding their own practice. 

Mysore Style Classes are continuous and begin when you arrive.
3-5 hour sessions allow students the opportunity to come and go as fits with their schedule and routine. You are welcome to arrive at any time, allowing enough time to complete your full practice.

On your first visit to Mysore Class please allow 45 minutes for your practice.

It is best to practice with an empty stomach.
A Bath or Shower before you practice is highly recommended.


Led Classes

are like most common vinyasa yoga classes where the teacher leads all students through a series of postures together. These classes are moderately paced and open to all levels. Some prior yoga experience is recommended.

"Led Class" is a modified short form Ashtanga Practice done in 65 minutes.
It includes Sun Salutations, Standing Poses, Forward Bends, Twisting, Backward Bends, and Finishing Poses.

"Led Primary Series" is the full Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga.

"Beginners Led" includes Sun Salutations, Standing Poses and Finishing Poses.
This class is open to all levels and is a highly therapeutic practice. Great for Beginners.


Led classes begin promptly and on time. No late arrivals.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class Led Classes.

It is best to practice with an empty stomach.
