π What is Ashtanga Yoga?
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and structured style of yoga that follows a set sequence of postures and breathing practiced in the same order every time. This repetition allows students to build strength, flexibility, and focus while deepening their understanding of each pose. Over time, students return to refine and perfect their practice.

45min All Levels Class
Our simplest guided class, great for beginners or seasoned practitioners looking for a quick fix, covers the Ashtanga Standing Series.
60min All Levels Class
Our signature guided class, great for both beginners and seasoned practitioners, is a modified Ashtanga Primary & Intermediate split series.
75min Advanced Class I
Advanced guided class - the Ashtanga Primary Series. For students with previous experience.
75min Advanced Class II
Advanced guided class - a modified Ashtanga Intermediate Series. For students with previous experience.
Mysore-Style Class
Each student moves through the set series of Ashtanga Yoga postures at their own pace, memorizing the sequence over time, while receiving individual adjustments and one-on-one instruction from the teacher in a group setting. This approach is great for both beginners and seasoned practitioners, but requires a commitment to work towards memorizing the series.
*The Mysore-Style class is open only to students with Monthly Memberships and Class Packs. Unfortunately, *New Student Specials cannot be used for this class. Mysore Drop-Inβs are welcome for visiting students with previous Mysore-Style experience. New Students who wish to join the Mysore class should purchase a Monthly Membership or Class Pack.
