• Sliding scale pricing. Pay what fits your means — no explanation needed.

• Register in advance; you’ll be e-mailed a zoom link 1 hour before class and any prep notes.

• All Levels welcome - no experience necessary.

• A yoga mat, Zoom, and a place to move is all you need.
